Hillcrest School is located in Jamestown, North Dakota. We are a grade K-8 Christian school associated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church and welcome students of all faiths and backgrounds to attend.

Small School Setting

Hillcrest is a two teacher school with two classrooms: K-4 and 5-8. Our school is described as having a family atmosphere and everyone works together throughout the education process. The small school setting allows for a low student to teacher ratio. 

Spiritual Connection

It is our belief that study in a Christian environment fosters the development of life skills and decision making abilities based on the transforming power of a personal relationship with Jesus. Through loving God, and committing our lives to Him, we are better able to love and serve our fellow human beings. God, as our creator, has a plan for each of our lives, and has additionally redeemed each of us at great personal sacrifice. Christian education should aim to enable each student to realize and achieve all that God has planned for his or her life. 

Mission Statement

The Hillcrest Seventh-day Adventist School family exists to enable learners to develop a life of faith in God, and to use their knowledge, skills, and understanding to serve God and humanity. 

Academics

Hillcrest is part of the North American Division, which operates over eight hundred elementary and secondary schools and fourteen colleges and universities. Our curriculum is hand-picked for our schools. Multiple subjects have been written with Christian values in mind, especially for our schools.
